ECO 4 Funding
The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a scheme that requires energy suppliers to improve energy-efficiency in UK homes while also tackling fuel poverty.
Eco Funding in Home Energy Lanarkshire's view is an essential Government scheme to assisting reaching Net-zero carbon emissions targets in the UK and assisting the most fuel poor and hard to heat homes. At Home Energy Lanarkshire, we offer a variety of energy assessment services including commercial EPCs, domestic EPCs and energy surveys.
Eligibility Criteria
You could be eligible for a range of energy efficient improvements to your home in which many cases is completely free of charge. You will need to have a Retrofit Assessment or your property carried out by one of our experienced surveyors. The following details must also be in place to access the funding, Own your home, have a passport benefit as outlined below, Have an EPC rating of E, F or G.
ECO Funding
ECO Funding is available to a range of households, if you receive any of the following benefits you may be entitled to additional support to have your home upgraded with the most up to date Boilers, insulation and renewable technologies. To qualify for ECO 4 funding you must be on one of the below benefits, own your home and have an EPC rating of E, F or G.

2) Income related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
3) Income Support (IS)
4) Pension Credit Guarantee Credit (PCGC)
5) Working Tax Credit (WTC)
